Returns and Exchanges

Lyla Rose's Boutique LLC values your business and will accept any item(s) if you're not completely satisfied up to 14 days from receipt of merchandise. It is our goal to satisfy every one of our customers as we strive to do that on every order. All items must be in original condition, and include the original product packaging in order to qualify. Items received not in the original condition or according to policy may be refused or subject to a restocking charge. Shipping charges are non-refundable. A Return Authorization is required for all returns. Please e-mail with your request and we will send an authorization. Allow 14 days for us to process your return. Return postage must be prepaid or will not be accepted. Send your return , USPS Only, along with your required Return Authorization. (Delivery confirmation is suggested to confirm that the product has been received)
